Best time limit for your party!

Have a party coming up but not totally sure how long is TOO LONG? Here is our breakdown so you can decide which time limit suits your party guests best.

30 MINUTES

AGE RANGE : Ages 2 - 4

PARTY SIZE : 5 - 10 child guests

INTERESTS : Meeting a character, taking photos, surprising guests

60 MINUTES

AGE RANGE : Ages 4 - 8

PARTY SIZE : 15 - 20 child guests

INTERESTS : One on One character interactions, additional activities, many videos/photo opportunities

90 MINUTES

AGE RANGE : Ages 6 and up

PARTY SIZE : 20 - 40 child guests

INTERESTS : Exclusive character interactions & stories, multiple activities, additional time for each guest to meet & greet

Take into account how interactive your guests may be, because it plays a huge role into how long they will stay involved. Some groups of 40 kids, will only have 10 interacting with a character. Meanwhile, some 3 year old’s may want to talk to a character for hours on end! REMEMBER every party is different, and your judgement is best!
