Our performers will travel up to 35 miles from our castles. If your party location exceeds that, you will be given the choice to receive a full refund or add a traveling fee*
*$.60 each mile
FAQs

Our characters will always arrive at the address given to us by the host. We recommend providing an area where our performers and your guests can easily dance and move around. Extra activities, such as crafts, will also require a surface large enough for every guest to create comfortably.

Tips are never expected but always appreciated! At check out there is an additional option to tip your performer or you can do so personally.

You can make changes to your party information sheet up to 3 days prior to your party. If an emergency arises after those three days, you can contact us through direct messages or email. However, some requests may not be accepted.

We understand that things don’t always go according to plan. In the event that your party is not ready at our characters designated start time, they are happy to begin when you are, however, they are not responsible for making up lost time. Often our characters are booked for multiple parties in one day, and we will always do our best to create a magical experience for you.
