The Town of Odessa is pleased to announce that we will be hosting this year’s Halloween in the Park on Saturday, October 28, 2023 from 2-4PM at the Odessa Memorial Park located at 623 Main Street in Odessa, DE.

Magic & Main’s Woeful Child will be there to hand out goodies during the trick or treat parade.
